This Farm consists of 65 acres of crop land. It lies right off I-35 and just 1 miles from the Billings exit. It has rock roads leading to the property with maintained terraces. The minerals are producing and will sell with the surface rights.
Legal Description: E/2 NW/4 19-24N-1W Noble Co. Oklahoma
Possession: will be after the harvest of the 2017 wheat crop. Farm is currently in a cash rent of $2,000 that will transfer at closing to the new buyer.
