Olson Farms will sell 640+ acres at ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION, on Friday, September 5, 2025 at the Parish Hall in Norton, Kansas.
This is EXCELLENT cropland and grass located in SW Norton County to be offered in tracts. Buyer will get possession of the cropland as soon as the crop is harvested and November 1, 2025 on the pasture.
The water well on Tract 4 is located on the NW side of the house with pittless pressure tank replaced 3 years ago. The pressure tank for the lines is in the basement of the house. Possession of the building and improvement site will be at closing with Sellers retaining machinery and equipment until December 1, 2025. Any equipment left after that date will become the property of the Buyer.
