This property has several locations on the 18 acres that would be suitable to build a cabin however, the western quarter which is the lowest elevation of the land is subject to flooding during perodic high water events but all potential building sites are not in designated flood plain. Research Parcel InformationFrom Hartford, take KY 69 west to Centerville. Just as you arrive in Centerville, you will turn left onto KY 85, drive 1.4 miles to KY 1903 and turn right. Drive 2.3 miles to Ceralvo Lane and turn right. From this junction drive 0.9 miles to the church which is on the right. Just before you reach the church, a gravel road turns to the right. This is McGuyer Lane but there are no road signs. McGuyer Lane ends at a gate which is the approximate property line which is marked with green survey ribbon.
