PARK RANCH

Located approximately 13 miles northeast of Malad, Idaho, this productive agricultural unit consists of approximately 2,576 deeded acres lying at the base of Elkhorn Mountain and adjoining the Caribou National Forest. The Sellers are currently running 100 mother cows and have about 1,070 acres in CRP. There are 200 acres under gravity pressure wheel lines producing about 4 tons of alfalfa per acre. The Ranch has a nice set of improvements including a remodeled three-bedroom home, shop, Quonset, hay barn and Powder River cattle handling equipment on concrete. After 22 years of ownership, the owners are retiring.
