TRACT 1

93 +/- acres. This primarily Dubois County tract includes 2 access points, one from the east and the other from the south. This tract has +/- 56.98 tillable acres and 42.4 woods with established waterways to prevent erosion. The tract features a small pond positioned along the east woodland line. Rural water access is available on the north end of the tract and high speed, fiber optic internet will be available to this tract in 6-9 months.
