Springfield Tract
This 83-acre recreational timber tract is located near Springfield South Carolina. The upper one-third of the tract is comprised of a mature stand of planted pine. The remaining 60 acres is a natural bottomland hardwood stand. The tract borders Goodland Creek, a tributary of the south fork of the Edisto River. Two small power lines cross the property providing natural openings ideal for deer hunting. The hardwood river corridor provides favorable travel lanes for deer and turkey.
The tract is in Orangeburg County just north of Springfield, SC. The town of Orangeburg is a pleasant half-hour ride. Columbia, Lexington, and Augusta are all less than 50 miles and 1 hour away. Timber data is available on request.
