Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Reader 40 Tract described as SE of SE, Section 23, Township 11 South, Range 20 West, containing 40 acres, more or less, Nevada County, Arkansas (see attached maps).
The tract is located (1) miles north of Bluff City at the Reader community and eight (8) miles northwest of Chidester, Arkansas. Access is woods road from paved Highway 368. Site index for loblolly pine averages ninety-two (92) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam soils. Timber consists of good quality mature native pine and oak with hardwood pulpwood understory. Pine Sawtimber: 1,735 Tons
Pine CNS: 51 Tons
Oak Sawtimber: 200 Tons
Pine Pulpwood: 74 Tons
Hardwood Pulpwood: 925 Tons
