Brokers opinion:
I have looked at a lot of ranches over the last 20 years and I would say hands down this is one of the nicest places that I have ever seen. Everything has been done to thiss tract so you can just enjoy it and not work work work everytime you go out there. Pastures are in great shape, trees have been cleaned up and manicured. Roads have been bladed and crowned along with an extensive culvert and drainage system. Whately creek and the river frontage is simply amazing. The river is wide and deep. The views are some of the best that I have ever seen. The home is very nice but yet still gives you that country feel. The barns are very usable and there is plenty of space to keep all of your equipment out of the Texas sun. Lastly, its all about the location. Being one hour from the metroplex, you can enjoy the ranch but yet be back for your kids soccer game that afternoon.
