21 acre lots in Palo Pinto County

This new subdivision is at the corner of Hwy 281 and FM 52. The original lots were surveyed for 20 acres, but Palo Pinto County has enlarged the Ag acres to 20 acres, so these lots are now surveyed for 21 acres. This would leave a person an acre for a house and barn, and then still be able to apply for ag use on the remaining 20 acres. The 8 lots in the subdivision have an entrance off of Hwy 281. Lot 7 and 8 will share an entrance, 5 and 6 will share, 3 and 4 will share, and 1 and 2 will share an entrance. Each lot will have a new back fence, and fencing across the front.
