This 20± acre parcel is under the control and leadership of The Villages at Blue Ridge Passage Resort Unit Owners Association, Inc. (“Association”) and is subject to the Virginia Condominium Act. The remaining 134± acres in the sale are not subject to the Virginia Condominium Act and are not under the control of the Association.
Personal property including a 17-horse carousel and the original “Dan River Queen” river boat will also be sold. Other items include restaurant equipment and furnishings, office equipment and furnishings, construction tools, two tractors, excavator, Ford Focus and all other assets of Blue Ridge Passage Resort, Inc.
