Directions: From Hwy. 52 at Fancy Gap, Virginia get, on the Blue Ridge Parkway and go North to after you pass mile marker 199. Turn right on Rt. 685 go 0.1 of a mile and turn left on Lightning Ridge Rd. (Rt. 608) go 0.6 of a mile and turn right on Cascade Trail which enters Cascade Mountain. Travelers from the east take the Blue Ridge Parkway South to mile marker 196.8 and turn left on a gravel cross over to Rt. 608. Turn right and go 0.8 of a mile and turn left on Cascade Trail.

Directions: From Rt. 8, 14 miles South of the Blue Ridge Parkway & 7 miles North of Stuart, Va. Take Hwy 57 East 2.7 miles and turn right on Pole Bridge Rd. (Rt. 680) go 0.40 of a mile and Melmark Acres (auction tracts 9 thru 26 are on your left. Proceed an additional 0.5 of a mile on Pole Bridge Rd. and Foley Rd. is on your right. Auction tract 27 is an additional 0.30 of a mile down Pole Bridge Rd. on your right. To get to auction tracts 28-33 you would turn right on Foley Rd. go 0.20 of a mile and turn left on Guynn Trl. to get to home on auction tract 27. Preview land at your leisure. Auctioneers will be on site for open houses on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, June 2 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Auctioneer will be set up on Auction tract 9 in Melmark Acres. Both homes in Melmark Acres and the home on Guynn Rd. will all be open from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for viewing or by appointment. From Melmark Acres (Auction Tracts 9-26):

Proceed straight on Foley Rd. for an additional 0.10 of a mile. Foley Rd. continues straight (for auction tracts 29, 30, 31. Or turn right on Foley Ridge Rd. to get to auction tracts 32 and 33. For tracts 29, 30 and 31, continue straight on Foley Rd. Go 0.2 of a mile to auction tract 29; on the right, at 0.9 of a mile you will turn right on Wagoner Rd. Go 0.1 of a mile and stay straight on Hegarty Dr. Go 0.3 of a mile and turn right on Chaselog Dr., go through the gate and in 0.2 of a mile the road will fork. Auction tract 30 is at that fork. Continue straight to get to auction tract 31. Turn right on Foley Ridge Rd. to get to auction tracts 32 and 33. Go 0.6 mile and tract 33 is on your left. Continue an additional 0.5 mile and tract 32 is on your left, at the top of the hill.

Directions: Travelers from the West take Hwy. 58 to the 1st Stuart Exit for Business 58 and Rt. 8. Immediately, turn right on Mayo Bridge Lane, property is located at the end of the road. Travelers from the East, take Hwy. 58 and turn left on West Blue Ridge Street, turn right on Hwy. 58 and Rt. 8 Business, cross the river and turn left onto Mayo Bridge Lane, property at the end of the road.
