the Montgomery & Pike County line. Access is via former county road and woods roads. Topography is rolling to steep. Tract contains approximately 126 acres of pine plantation established in 1999 and 38 acres of pine plantation established in 2002. Much of the residual acreage consists of lightly-stocked hardwood pulpwood and streamside management zone that runs through the eastern half of the stand. Soils are gravelly loams with site index for pine averaging 70 feet (base age 50). The seller will reserve an easement across the subject to adjoining timberlands.
