There is approximately 342.4 acres of dedicated upland habitat on the ranch. From quail to dove to turkey to Blacktail Deer, this ranch can truly be used year-round for some form of hunting.
The Bear River runs nearby the property, with a natural tributary that flows through the middle of the ranch. The tributary has some natural dams along the way which have created several beautiful ponds that hold many fish, from crappy to world-class largemouth bass.
The grounds of the ranch have been maintained very well and it shows. There is a small clubhouse on the property for pre and post hunt stories, two almost new looking double garages, one single-wide trailer and one extra-large covered barn for equipment storage. There are also miles of roads and trails throughout the property which are maintained so owners and guests can take in the scenery by either walking or taking an ATV or UTV.
Silvergate is a slice of Heaven close to the big city. To find a hunting property with such proximity to towns such as Lincoln, Roseville, or Sacramento is something rare and special. Call us today for a private showing.
