Whitetail numbers are excellent, with established food plots already in place and producing once in a lifetime Whitetails. Including several strategically positioned box blinds that provide an ideal setup for rifle season, while several close-range archery locations within the timber allow for quiet access and effective early season hunting. The propertys layout supports hunting across varying wind directions and seasonal patterns, making it versatile without over pressuring game.
Turkey populations are consistent and frequently utilize the creeks and open ground, and quail can be found in the grasslands and field edges, adding to the propertys recreational value.
