The Hathaway Property is located northeast to the town of Glendo and consists of 302 deeded acres. Three wells are located on the property including one new well located northeast of the house. The new well pumps approximately 5 to 7 GPM with a storage tank and solar-powered pump. A test well is located down the hill from the house which is capped at approximately 2 to 3 GPM. The final well on the property is located at the house and is at approximately 280 ft. deep with a 95 ft. static well depth, and pumps approximately one GPM with a one horse power pump.
