The property will be offered in Four Lots. Lots 1, 2 & 3 will be offered individually, and Lot 4 will combine all lots and be offered as the entire tract.

Seller is reserving 2+/- acres where the house is located. The house is located on Parcels #00418604 & #00418601. This acreage will be surveyed out after the close of the auction and before closing. There is an existing right of way easement through Lots 1, 2 & 3 along the existing road. This easement is to a neighboring landowner, the USDA (WRP Easement) and Energy Production Corporation.
