From Des Moines Metro: Travel on Interstate 80 to Exit 149 for Mitchellville, Iowa. Turn right (south) onto NE 112th St / Cotton Avenue for approximately 0.8 miles and turn right (west) onto NE 58th Avenue. Continue for approximately 0.9 miles and both tracts will be located on the south side of the road designated with a Peoples Company sign on each tract.
From Mitchellville, Iowa: Travel west out of town for approximately one mile on Mill Street SW, which becomes NE 58th Avenue. Tracts 1 and 2 will be located on the south side of the blacktop road.
