The board to the far west of the property is owned by Lamar Advertising and per Lamar the board pays $385.00 annually on June 1st with the agreement expiring May 31st of 2024. The two boards toward the center of the property are owned by Link Media Outdoor. Per Link Media Outdoor, of those two boards, the board to the north pays $250.00 annually on a year-to-year basis while the board to the south pays $300.00 annually with an agreement till October of 2025.
Per both billboard companies the total annual income from all three billboards is $935.00, this will be prorated at the time of closing and pass along to the buyer.
