Building and Land - Little Rock, AR

The stunning Solomon Gans House is a historic building in Little Rock. It is a 2 1/2 story masonry structure built out of rusticated granite. Its front is dominated by a two-arched porch, and there is a turret with a bell-shaped roof on the right side. Built in 1896, it is the only known local residence to be built in the Romanesque Revival style and is on the U. S. National Register of Historic Places. There are ten offices in the building with an unfinished basement that could provide three more. It has a conference room that is set up for zoom meetings and an additional conference room that serves as a law library.
