The property in this sale is currently managed by The Campbell Group, LLC and marketed through Jefferson Timber Properties, LLC. This sale consists of 31 tracts ranging in size from 30 acres to 1,081 acres. There are four tracts totaling 699 acres located in Cleburne County and 27 tracts totaling 4,314 acres in Randolph County.
The properties vary from pine plantations, both young and old, to natural pine and hardwood timber stands along creeks. All of the properties are well managed for timber, wildlife and recreational purposes. Many of the pine plantations are ready or will soon be ready for harvest.
