Red Willow Deer and Turkey Hotspot

This property is located just East of Indianola and East of McCook, Nebraska along the edge of the Republican River corridor.  This is a transitional piece of land located in-between the Republican River, and the surrounding grain fields.  This property is home to trophy whitetail deer and hybrid wild turkeys as seen in the pictures.  Located in the center of the property is a dry pond that could be dug-out and reestablished to sustain water year around.  An apple tree located near the pond has established roosts for turkeys, and is a favorite place for the deer to forage.  The Seller has planted 50 Burr Oak Trees, with protective barriers to protect from deer and cattle, and 90 percent of the trees have survived.
