Auction Method: Tracts 1 and 2 will be auctioned separately and then together. Whichever method brings the highest dollar amount, individually or in combination, is how it will be sold. In the event the property sells in two tracts, seller will provide a boundary line survey between the two tracts.
Terms: 10% down as earnest money deposit due day of the auction per tract with the balance due on or before closing date of May 17, 2019.
