Well Update: There are two wells on the property. One from a former homesite near NE corner (circa 1983) needs electric and pump (Well#1). Well#2 is currently being used by the homesite in SE corner. The sellers will be granting a restricted access easement for this well, unless they are able to obtain a new well on the 20 acre property, for the house.
