In one of the valleys, a water hole has been created but it needs a bit of work with an excavator to scoop it out again. The grassy area on the south side would also be an ideal place to put one or more additional waterholes, including the potential for a couple acre catch pond.
When the hunt is over, the 20x21 +/- cabin is a cozy place to hang out. It features power and an incinerating toilet (seller stated that it is at the end of its lifespan). A kitchen, sitting area, bath (without running water), and bunk room are on the main floor with loft area (15x19+/-) on the second floor. Heat is provided by a freestanding wood stove and LP wall furnace. The attached garage (12x20 +/-) is perfect for storage of UTVs and hunting gear.
