Big game hunting is what the Milligan Brand is all about. Many years back this property was part of the infamous Mundy Ranch which of course produced the renowned B&C 49'+ Mundy Buck. The genetics are still in place today. Several 200+ buck have been harvested on the ranch over the years. Rio Arriba County is known to hold some of the largest mule deer in the country. Located in Big Game Unit 4 which has very little public hunting. Elk herds on property and within the vicinity are plentiful. Typical bulls range from 280-320, not monsters but plenty of them! Several food plots are planted for this season to include clover, alfalfa and crested wheat. Other wildlife found on the ranch include black bear, bobcat, coyote, turkey and small game. 2020 season the ranch received 1 ea. Bow Bull Permit and 1 ea. Cow permit.
