As an owner at the Mundy Ranch, youll be part of an exclusive group. The ranch is offering just forty-two ranch parcels, all with phenomenal views of the surrounding Chama River Valley. Depending on your preferences, your tract can be high up in the Tusas Mountains, an extension of the the Colorado Rockies, down in the flat bottom off of Highway 84/64, for easy access. With elevations varying by over 1500' across the ranch, each tract is diverse and unique.

Each parcel will be a minimum of 140 acres, which will include a 10-20 +/- acre private building envelope with water, electricity, and gravel driveway. The remaining portion of each ranch parcel will be designated a green-belt area, which will provide a total of 5000 acres of conservation easement across the whole ranch, or approximately 85% of the ranch's total acres. These greenbelt acres will ensure the Mundy Ranch remains beautiful, rustic, and wild. The greenbelt will be accessible to all owners and members, subject to the governing HOA/Premier Club documents.

Parcel pricing will start at $850,000 to $3,000,000, depending on location, accessibility, views, and proximity to the golf course and lakes.

In addition, recreational memberships may be available at a price of $75,000, or lifetime memberships for $500,000. Members, in addition to the landowners, will have rights to the greenbelt and amenities/facilities. - An "extreme" golf course - four holes are completed to date, five more are to be constructed in the next two years; an additional nine holes have been designed, if the HOA/Club wanted to construct them in the future

- Miles of ATV and snowmobile trails, plus private, quiet trails for hiking, horseback riding, etc.

- Over twenty five trout fishing lakes

- Private access to Canones Creek, a livewater stream filled with trout

- Restricted big game hunting throughout the 5000 acre greenbelt area
