The lounge was added on in 1995 with massive peeled timber beams, tall wood vaulted ceilings, and is the largest and nicest bar and the only dance hall in the area. The lounge has a large, completely equipped bar, pool tables, numerous T.V.’s, dance floor and stage area for a full band. The renowned 24' wood logger statue outside the restaurant has served as a local landmark since built! Internet Bidding: A refundable deposit of $25,000.00 must be wire transferred to United Country Lippard Auctioneer’s escrow account and accompanied by an Irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit addressed to the auction company covering the amount to be bid, at least 48 hours before auction date.
