The native bucks on the ranch scored in the 150’s. The ranch has approximately 22 earthen ponds, access to the O. H. Ivie water pipeline that runs along the western boundary of the ranch. The Ivie pipeline is a 36” raw water pipeline and could be used for irrigation, fill stock tanks and to provide additional water to wildlife and livestock. Water is also provided to the ranch throught the Runnels County Water System and is the main supply for water provided to the residences and the barns.
