The Red Bank Creek Ranch is located near Miles, Texas between San Angelo and Ballinger, Texas and north of Highway 67 approximately 5 miles on all-weather CR 357 and 4/10ths of a mile east on all-weather CR 394. The property has 1.15 miles of frontage on CR 394 which is the south boundary of the ranch. This is an exceptional hunting ranch consisting of 743.4 +/- acres of rolling plains. The ranch has good grass cover with scattered native brush. Red Bank Creek meanders through the ranch from southwest to northeast for approximately two miles. The creek runs seasonally but provides significant water holes throughout the year that do not go dry according to the owner.

The ranch is in a strong grass country with rolling prairie topography and 40 feet to 75 feet breaks off of mesas that overlook Red Bank Creek. The topography, forage, vegetative cover and surrounding farmland make this an excellent hunting and grazing ranch with wildlife that includes deer, turkey, quail, dove and other wildlife. Wildlife is drawn to the creek and the cover of the surrounding mesas and brush.

The seller considers this to be 30 acre per cow country as the ranch has been well managed for grazing. Improvements on the ranch for livestock include two dirt tanks, a windmill which has not been operational for years and gathering pens (portable steel panels) and a one room hunting cabin. There are no other wells on the property but two sites have been witched and appear to be very favorable for drilling sites according to the owner.
