250 acre hunting tract in Hurtsboro, AL

250 (+-) acres located on AL Highway 26 between Hurtsboro and Hatchechubbee in Russell County, Alabama. Great location that is convenient to both Auburn/Opelika and Phenix City/Columbus. This is a good hunting tract with lots of thick cover, several food plots already in place, a nice creek with big hardwoods and a duck hole!! There is an incredible amount of deer sign on this tract...tracks, trails, rubs and scrapes are everywhere! While looking at the tract, I jumped several deer and numerous wood ducks got up off the small swamp located on the southern boundary of the tract. The timber on the tract is a mixture of once thinned planted pines, 10-20 year old hardwood/pine natural regeneration and mature hardwood bottoms.
