Payton Craft was born and raised in the rugged terrain of the Mountain West, where his deep-rooted connection to the outdoors began early in life. Growing up immersed in the regions hunting traditions, he spent countless seasons tracking big game, gaining firsthand knowledge of wildlife and their natural environments. Paytons foundation was built on the ranching lifestyle. From a young age, he embraced the daily responsibilities that come with ranch worktending livestock, managing land, maintaining equipment, and operating heavy machinery for excavation projects. These hands-on experiences instilled in him a strong work ethic, deep resilience, and a lasting respect for the land, its resources, and the traditions that define Western heritage. At 17, Payton took his drive and discipline a step further by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. Over his four-year service as an infantryman in a CAAT (Combined Anti-Armor Team) platoon and later as a shooting instructor, he developed advanced leadership skills, a strong sense of duty, and a commitment to teamwork that continues to guide his professional path. Today, Payton brings together a rare blend of expertise in ranching, land management, excavation, and wildlife knowledge. His practical backgroundpaired with his leadership experience and passion for rural lifemakes him exceptionally well-equipped to navigate the complexities of ranch transactions. He understands the intricacies of land value, operational potential, and stewardship, allowing him to identify opportunities and guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process.
