McCarty Tract

The McCarty Tract is a beautifully appointed tree farm in eastern Saluda County. The 37-acre property is stocked almost entirely with a well-managed 29-year-old pine plantation. A tributary of Richland Creek bisects the eastern portion of the property. Shaded by hardwoods, the creek meanders over rocks and shoals to produce a peaceful melody. Gently rolling topography makes for pleasant walks or trail rides. A small food plot complements the mature pines and hardwoods to offer an array of hunting venues. The McCarty Tract is a neatly shaped property that is equally well-suited for home and farm or recreational uses.

Rural and convenient, the McCarty Tract is located just 6 miles from Saluda and is a pleasant 14-mile drive to Batesburg-Leesville. Greenwood and Lexington are both less than an hour away.
