We don't have experience in San Bernardino County, and don't know if you might be able to exchange access easements with neighbors. You also might be able to do a deed search to see if old deeds in this area were written with access easements. We have tried to do this search online and on the phone with the county recorder's office, but you cannot do this remotely. This is a gorgeous area and this might be a tremendous buy for someone familiar with it.
