A description of the ranch is as follows:
1. The ranch is located west of Conchas Dam, NM on Hwy. 104 to Trementina, NM and back north in fairly open country with several good draws in which are located good earthen dams (dirt tanks in Texas).

3. The Headquarters consists of a very nice 3 year old, 16x 70 mobile home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a nice deck and view. There is electricity and telephone at the headquarters.
Additional improvements consist of a 25x 50 metal hay barn, a 20x 25 metal shop building and a set of wood and wire pens with a loading/unloading chute for handling both horses and cattle.
Water is provided at the headquarters by a domestic well equipped with a submersible electric motor and pump.
4. The ranch is watered by 5 additional wells ranging in depths from 60 to 120 equipped as follows:
