This is the almost ideal country retreat. It is located down an all-weather county-maintained road about 13 miles southwest of San Saba. The area is very private and quiet. The land has nice elevation changes with great views of the surrounding countryside. It is covered with trees, such as Oak, Elm, Mesquite, Juniper and several varieties of brush. An electricity meter wit 200 amp service is already on the property at in ideal building site that is surrounded by beautiful Liveoak trees. There is not a water well, but underground well water is generally easily attainable in this area. Neighboring properties have water wells that produce in excess of 20 gallons per minute.
If you are a hunter, you wont be disappointed! The whitetail deer hunting is great!
