For equipment and ranch toys, the Mossback carries two additionalbarns, a brand new 4832 metal building for equipment storage. Also at the headquarters, especially enjoyable with those colder late season evening hunts,is a +/- 4050 metal building with custom game hoisting rack, walk-in cold room and a plumbed bathroom. County maintained roads to the front gate, with power and city water, the ranch also has 3 solar wells with drinkers and run-off ponds to optimize the incredible game in the area. Unit 6A Landowner Mule Deer Tags are Unlimited/Over the Counter!
The ranch has historically received 5-7 landowner elk tags annually (always check regs) with 1 rifle bull, 1 rifle cow, and 1 either sex archery (total of 3) being conveyed for the 2025 season (with a timely close).
Habitat It is difficult to find a square foot on the ranch that doesn’t have a fresh deer or elk track in it.
