Originally 5 wooded lots on Tunnel Rd. Lots 2 & 3 sold and buyer of #3 wanted a little more, so we are dividing lot#4 and adding 1/2 to buyer of 3 and the other half to lot#5, creating a new lot with 1.5 acres, approx 135x500, all wooded, and ready for home.
