640 Acres of prime deer habitat in the south central Upper Peninsula. Located just northeast of Gulliver, in an area of larger tracks of land promoting quality deer management, is the location of this 640 acres, located behind a locked gate on the Parkington Grade. The southern 40 has a 40' x 50' pole barn with 16' walls and 14' overhead door built approximately 10 years ago. Full cement floor and two service doors. Everything currently inside the pole building is included along with a 12' x 16' sled and huge custom made buck pole. Currently, there are 3 raised deer blinds used for hunting with another 1 raised one and two more back at camp. The habitat is a mixture of 23 year old Aspen with pockets of Spruce, Balsam and Cedar.
