There is a large area of hardwood running. northeast from the camp area towards the eastern border. There are a series of trails to access the three deer blinds and several more that have grown over in the last 20 years of current ownership. Literally, the entire property gets hunted 3 days a year and never has been hunted for grouse. There are corporate lands to the north, east and partial southern borders. Times and deer numbers change, but the owners normally fill their tags during the first three days of the season. Currently, 600 acres are in CFA for reduced taxes and 40 acres with the pole building under residential.
