These grounds were lovingly and painstakingly cared for over the years to become what you see today. Initially, Mr. Patterson put in one fairway and green. Terrain:

Remarks:

The Patterson Double RR Ranch is one of the most unique properties in this part of Texas. The entire property has been extremely well maintained and pride of ownership is apparent everywhere you look. The owners are no longer living in the Snyder area so the property is no longer being utilized as intended.
