Please see the attached plat map for the dedicated access points for the property. The three lots in the back would be serviced by a 45' opening on the north boundary off of S 135th West and a 45' access easement will run to the west past the lots and end at the far west lot. The two front lots with paved frontage will share a 40' access opening off of S 135th St W.

This auction is being conducted with a reserve on each parcel. Lots 1-5 are being offered separate and together, meaning there is an opportunity to bid on each lot individually or in their entirety. Each parcel will first be offered individually. Upon the close of the individual lots, bidding on lots 1-5 in their entirety will begin and the starting bid will be the combined total of the high bid for each lot individually. The high bids for the individual lots will be held pending the results of the auction of lots 1-5 together.

If the high bid on lots 1-5 in their entirety exceeds the high bid on each lot, then the high bidder will be required to execute a Sales Contract to purchase all 5 lots. If the total high bid on the 5 lots together does not exceed the combined high bids on the lots individually, the high bidder on each parcel will execute their respective sales contract for that individual parcel.
