Hill Est. / Dogwood Lane is high on the ridge that runs along the middle of the Sequatchie Valley in East TN. Most Utilities are available but a septic permit and tank will be needed. (not tested) I've sold 3 other lots on this road and all perked for 3 bedroom homes, so fingers crossed!
