The Spring Valley Ranch sits 9 miles north of downtown Sallisaw in Sequoyah County Oklahoma. It is a 40 minute drive to Ft. Smith, Arkansas and 1.5 hours to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Located about halfway between Oklahoma City and Little Rock, Arkansas at about 2.5 hour drive from each and 250 miles from Dallas.
Water
The ranch has two flood control lakes on it. One 14 +/- acre lake and one 12 +/- acre lake with numerous ponds / tanks. There is one natural spring on the property feeding one of the lakes and numerus creeks and streams. Kerr Lake is 15 miles and Tenkiller Lake is only 32 miles away.

There are trails and roads that allow for convenient access to the majority of the property while leaving plenty of places for the bucks to hide.
