TOPOGRAPHY: The northern parts of the ranch are fairly level. There is a nice rise on the south end of about 30 ft.
COVER: There are areas of thick cover, as well as areas that have been grubbed for cattle production and deer hunting. Tree cover is predominantly mesquite, with hackberry trees scattered throughout. There are several different types of browse plants including sumac, ephedra, elbow bush, and agarita.
FENCES: Fences are barbed wire on metal and cedar posts and are in good condition. The property is fenced into three pastures.
