Tract 1 [172.92 +/- Acres] $100,000 earnest money [non-refundable] down on the day of auction. Tract 2 [20.01 +/- Acres] $20,000 earnest money [non-refundable] down the day of auction. Earnest money will be held in escrow until closing. The intended boundary is estimated and subject certified survey, which may change acres. There will be a 10 foot ingress egress easement in place for the sellers to access CRP. Buyers will need to be approved before bidding, there will be no financing contingencies.
