Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes according to the Sioux County Treasurer are approx. $2,478.00 per year on Tract 1, approx. $2,724.00 per year on Tract 2, approx. $2,496.00 per year on Tract 3, approx. $1,272.00 per year on Tract 4 and approx. $2,506.00 per year on Tract 5.
