Legal Description The North West Quarter (1/4) of Section No. Thirty-two (32) Township No. Thirty-seven (37) North, Range No. One (1) East, containing Forty (40) acres more or less, subject to all legal highways and subject tot he right-of-way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway. Also: The South West Quarter (1/4) of the South East Quarter (1/4) of Section No. Thirty-two (32) Township No. Thirty-seven (37) North, of Range No. One (1) East containing Forty (40) acres more or less. All that part of Lot One ( 1) lying South of the Old Indiana Boundary line in the No1ihwest Quarter () of Section Number Thirty-two (32), that lies south of main line of the right-of-way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company and West of the East Arm of the Y of the gravel switch track of said railway containing three (3) acres, more or less. And also, excepting therefrom a part of the East half() of the Southeast Quarter() of Section 32, Township 37 North, Range 1 East, described as follows: Beginning on the West line of the East half () of the Southeast Quarter() of Section 32, Township 37 North, Range 1 East, at a point 127.8 ft. South of the Northwest corner of the East half() of the Southeast Quarter() of Section 32, thence North 69 degrees 40 minutes East a distance of 173 feet; thence North 86 degrees 56 minutes East a distance of 200 ft.; thence South 81 degrees 36 minutes East 34.5 ft.; thence South 273 ft.; thence West 396 ft. to a point on the West line of the East half() of the Southeast Quarter() of said Section 32 that is 219 .3 ft. South of the place of beginning, thence North 219 .3 ft. to the place of beginning, containing 2.37 acres, more or less, together with the right of use for ingress and egress to and from the above described tract of a drive (or lane) lying North of the above tract connecting with Crumstown Trail. Also, all that part of the East half() of the Northeast Quarter() of Section Number Five (5), Township Number Thirty-six (36) North, Range number One (1) East, that lies North of the present Channel of the Kankakee River containing Thirty-nine and Eighty-four hundredths (39.84) acres, more or less. Also, all that part of the West half() of the West half() of the West half() of the Southwest Quarter() of Section Number Thirty-three (33), Township number Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Number One (1) East that lies South and West of the right-of-way of the switch of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company, which extends from the main line of said Railway containing Twentyone and Twenty-three Hundredths (2.23) acres, more or less, containing in all hereby described One Hundred Thirty-seven and Fifty-seven Hundredths (137.57) acres, more or less.
