Property has been managed for 4 years with Wildlife at Large Land and Pond Management. Four years of Spring and Fall food plots (20 acres) have been planted for deer and turkey. The 10 acre, recently restored, pond has been managed for trophy Bass. It's stocked with F1 Hybrid Bass as well as Bluegill, Redear, and Threadfin shad. The 5 acre pond you see from the cabin is stocked with F1 Hybrid Bass, Channel Catfish, Bluegill, Redear, Threadfin Shad, and Tilapia. Rainbow Trout was stocked for the Bass in Fall/Winter of 2006. The two creeks that run through the property allow cover for all wildlife (deer, turkey, bobcat, cyote, hogs).

We are including 10ft blinds and 15ft blinds with feeders and a four seater "Bad Boy Buggy" to start your hunting season. Also avialable, 340 acres for lease adjoining for a total of 515 acres of 4-wheeler riding, hunting, fishing, hiking, food plots, paint ball wars (our church youth group took to this), or just relaxing. There is a campfire pit and built in grill, picknick table and swing. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably with three bunk beds. A kitchen with stovetop oven, refrigerator, lots of dishes, coffe pot, and microwave. The bathroom has a 4ft shower stall. It's total electric and runs on wellwater, also has central heat and air. The utilities run $55-100 depending on use. Loco is only 2 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and West of I-35, and only 1 1/2 hours from Oklahoma City.
Some other Qs: We don't have oil/mineral rights. Tested 10 yrs ago and was not successful.
From D/FW area: North I-35 to Ardmore, exit highway 70 West to Ringling, turn North onto 89, go through Ringling. At highway 89 & 53 intersection go North to Caddo Road aprox. 4 miles.
