There is a campfire pit and built in grill, picknick table and swing. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably with three bunk beds. A kitchen with stovetop oven, refrigerator, lots of dishes, coffe pot, and microwave. The bathroom has a 4ft shower stall. It's total electric and runs on wellwater, also has central heat and air. The utilities run $55-100 depending on use. Loco is only 2 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and West of I-35, and only 1 1/2 hours from Oklahoma City.
Some other Qs: We don't have oil/mineral rights. Tested 10 yrs ago and was not successful.
