Terrain: Old Glory has outstanding views with mountains, mesas, plateaus, valleys and hillsides all in one large ranch. Terrain has over 400 feet of elevation change. Cattle: With the improved grasses, brush management and water sources the stocking rate of the ranch is an added bonus to the hunting operation.

Minerals: The Seller will convey any mineral interest and executive rights owned to the buyer. Seller has 1/16th mineral interest on 3,800 acres and a little less than 1/4 interest on the remaining acreage.

Parceling: The seller may parcel / sell portions of the ranch that are cross-fenced. The main portions are cross-fenced (by High Fence) into 2,500 acre (southwest) and 3,500 acre (northwest) tracts.
