Said pin is also in center of what is called a culvert, or bridge; thence running with said road S 42-43 W 36.16 feet to a pin in center same. Said pin is now made a corner in Faris line. Thence leaving road and with Faris S 11-04 E 143.57 feet to an iron pipe on the west side of Cedar Branch; thence with the same S 33-56 W. 313.77 feet to a (found) Marked Chestnut Oak on a point, in the fence a corner to the now or lately G. B. Mann tract; thence leaving Faris and running with the now or lately G. B. Mann S 37-44 E 990.90 feet to a White Oak stump on the bank of Branch a corner runs a little east of the fence. Stakes are set on line.) Thence running with Mandeville N 12-50 E 309.48 feet to the point of the BEGINNING, containing 8.70 acres, more or less.
