Oakley, UT 84055(Summit County)

The ranch is located east of Highway 32 between the communities of Oakley and Kamas. 150+ acres of flood-irrigated pasture, along with hundreds of acres of gently sloping sage-covered hillside, meet the western edge of the Uintah Mountain range. The upper reaches of T 7 Ranch include over 350 acres and offer views of the expansive valley below as well as the Deer Valley ski area and Mount Timpanogos. The ranch is located minutes from downtown Oakley and Kamas, two increasingly popular communities in the Wasatch Back. The elevation at the western border of T 7 is approximately 6,500 feet, and the easternmost boundary by the US Forest Service border sits at approximately 7,800 feet.

The ranch maintains a healthy and diverse ecosystem of plants, animals, and birdlife, all supported by rich soil and water resources. Mule Deer, fox, hawks, and others make the T 7 Ranch their home. Opportunities exist to develop trails on the ranchs pasture, continuing up to the bench for hiking and biking with direct access to the US Forest Service. The nearby Mirror Lake Highway provides access to hundreds of miles of backcountry adventures, including wilderness horseback riding, mountain biking, fly fishing, hunting, and winter adventures. Three world-class ski areas: Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and The Canyons Village are within a 30-minute drive, and the regions numerous biking and hiking trails are easily accessible.
